GENERAL TERMS
✦ Commissions will be first come first serve!
✦ Please DM me on Instagram or Twitter for Commissions! Be respectful, and please communicate with me, as I'm open to execute your requests & ideas!
✦ Refunds available only for those on the waitlist! Once I’ve started on the piece (i.e. sketching process), refunds will not be available!
✦ I have every right to decline a commission if I'm uncomfortable with the request or prompt.
✦ All commission work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from any form of AI use.PROCESS & DELIVERY TERMS
✦ Please provide me with a clear reference for what you want me to draw. This can include Pinterest boards, mood boards, and OC References.
✦ Please be descriptive and provide any notes needed (pose, colors, elements etc.). I may charge extra if I have to design the character along the way.
✦ I only accept payment through PayPal (In USD; International) and GCash (In PHP; Local).COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
✦ Commissions are for personal use only. If you wish to use it for commercial use please inform me so I can price the commission accordingly.
✦ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio. However;
✦ I respect the customer's right to privacy if artwork is requested to specifically not be posted online. Please communicate immediately if you would like your commissioned piece to be private.
✦ If the illustration is used as an icon, banner, cover, etc., please don’t forget to credit me!REFUND POLICY
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund. I will transfer the money to you either via Paypal or GCash.
✦ If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund. (I will send you the money myself either through Paypal or GCash)
✦ Please do not request a Paypal chargeback. If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Failure to comply with this clause, will result in being blacklisted for commissioning me again.
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Please make sure you read through the Terms of Service
2. To request a commission, please DM me through Twitter, Instagram (@ysaiike) or Discord (brvte#2200)
3. You can choose to do a 50% Initial Down Payment or 100% Upfront Payment (I will send an invoice for the first half of the payment before the sketch is drawn)
4. Validate sketch (I will send WIPs for your approval)
✦ Includes Revision Updates (Or any changes)
✦ Feel free to ask for an update anytime as well!
5. I will send an invoice for the other 50% Payment after the piece is finished (+ Revision Payments, if there are any)
6. Final Illustrations can be sent to you as a link to a private file in Google Drive, through Email, or in Discord (Please let me know which one is preferred).
